Properties:
Colorless transparent crystalline or granular crystalline powder, odorless or slightly propionic acid odor. Soluble in water, soluble in ethanol.
Main uses:
1. It has special effect on preventing aflatoxin, but has almost no effect on yeast;
2.Can be used for dairy products, baked products, cheese and so on. Can be used as beer and other viscous substance inhibitor;
3. Used in food industry as leavening agent, dough conditioner, buffer, tissue improver , hardener, nutrient supplement, chelating agent, etc. Such as baking products, pastry leavening agents, bread, biscuits, AIDS, buffering agents, pectin curing agent (gel action), yeast food meat products tissue improver;
4. Used for brewing, improve the fermentation capacity.
Recommended dosage:
1.The antibacterial effect is affected by the environmental pH value, the minimum antibacterial concentration at pH 5.0 is 0.01%, and at PH 6.5 is 0.5%;
2. Pastry 2.5; Soak bayberry 30~50, impregnate with 3%~5% aqueous solution, wash before processing, according to propionic acid;
3. Processing cheese 3g/kg;
4.Add 2% to cosmetics.
Storage:
It shall be stored in a cool ,dry and ventilated place and shall not be mixed with toxic chemicals for transportation and storage.

A. Paper-plastic composite bag packaging or woven bag packaging,25kg/ bag;
B. Nylon ton bag packing; Can also be customized according to customer requirements.
