Properties:
White loose fine powder or granular, odorless, slightly bitter, easy to absorb moisture, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol.
Main uses:
1. Used in the food industry as anti-mold agent, dough conditioner, buffer, curing agent, integrator, etc. Such as baking products to pastry leavening agents, bread, biscuits starter, buffering agents, pectin curing agent (as gel), tissue improvers of yeast meat food;
2. Used for brewing, can increase the saccharification power, improve the fermentation capacity.
Dosage:
1. cereals and products, beverages 8-16g/kg;
2. vinegar,6-8g/kg(Ca);
3. baked goods, gelatin, pudding, stuffing,0.2%; Sweet sauces, toppings and pours,0.15%;
4.Drinks and milk drinks 0.6-0.8g /kg; Cereals and their products 1.6-3.2g/kg; Infant food 3.0-6.0g/kg.
Storage:
It shall be stored in a cool ,dry and ventilated place and shall not be mixed with toxic chemicals for transportation and storage.
Package:
A. Paper-plastic composite bag packaging or woven bag packaging,25kg/ bag;
B. Nylon ton bag packing; Can also be customized according to customer requirements.
